Tobetto, the only #tea I buy every year. Not your daily #sencha course, but it has opened my eyes on what futsu can be. In the most Japanese understated way of course. Such a pleasure to have a calm Saturday morning for it.

Le petit #sencha du matin qui réveille par sa verdeur et sa légèreté. 😀
Le thé est un peu brisé (j'arrive au fond du sachet) mais reste très bon, très végétal et sans amertume si on y va doucement sur la température de l'eau.
3 infusions sans problème, la 4ème est un peu fatiguée...

i brewed with a low temperature, for umami, but i remain unconvinced of the merits of this method. higher temp sencha doesnt really drop off in the same way, and i prefer the lighter taste.
