My third design for Dick Grayson in this AU and the final one that I think I'm fully content with, as you can see, he is no longer Nightwing in this universe, but rather... A Talon for the Court of Owls. Their best Talon, the Gray Son of Gotham.

His main design inspirations were of the character: Bat, from Kamen Rider: The First, and Demi-Fiend from SMT III: Nocturne. I based it off of the original Talon design I made with some adjustments to make this one feel unique and special in his own right, his mask is more of a helmet, he has a full-on cape that's reminiscent of Owl Man, and has the same owl medals and buckles adoring the Talons of the Court. Originally they were going to be gold, but this blueish silver fit the bill much more. It also makes him stand out, as he should.

I am currently working on a Milanote project that will combine everything about this Batman universe, including the lore of all the characters, so when that is done I will post it here, but this is a sparknote version: this Dick Grayson was still a member of The Flying Graysons and Haley's Circus was still in league with the Court of Owls, when Dick's parents died, he was abducted by the Court and turned into their best enforcer Talon, and for added measures, he and Bruce had their parents killed on the same day, at the same time.

Grey Owl would mainly appear during the Court of Owls arc of the AU, which would be the final arc, to which Batman would free Grayson of his mental prison and would ally with the owl to take down the Court of Owls...

Tim has no differences in the design... I've grown to fall in love with this design, I might even make a cosplay of it in the future!

Spoiler was really fun to reinvent and redesign! This design goes into her lore but to kick things off, her main inspirations were Gotham 1919 - 1939's Spoiler, as well as Lucia from Devil May Cry 2. Her costume this time around has the homemade vibe like Stephanie literally grabbed whatever she could out of her closet and made the best hero get-up she could. A little bit of Gerard Way's Riddler design from Batman: Kingdom of the Mad is also here with the use of an exclamation mark on her mask, for no real reason other than me thinking it looked cute on her, and it's something Steph would probably do!

As for the lore, everything will be explained properly in the Milanote, but for now just know that Stephanie Brown in this AU is now a puppet, like a mannequin puppet but she would not realize this until later on during the Cluemaster arc, or maybe the Designer arc, I'm still working out the kinks. She would have this whole identity crisis on whether she's truly human, who she really is, all that jazz in between but she would come into her own soon enough!

No changes were done to Batman, check the original post of his first appearance if you want a full rundown!

Only change I did to Catwoman was give her darker skin, I can easily do it in paint but I can't get rid of the note on the sheet.

After thinking about it, it didn't sit right having a person of color lose their melanin, despite the idea of Catwoman getting paler with every life being a great idea in concept.

Bat-Mite, in the Timeless Universe, is a poltergeist trapped in a ghost lantern given to Bruce by Zatanna. He haunts the Batcave and acts as a foil to Batman while not trying to be a major distraction or a clumsy ghost. He's essentially Casper the Friendly Ghost in this AU.

I based a bit of his design and coloring off of that Adventures of Batman with Robin the Boy Wonder cartoon from like... the 70s? I always thought purple Bat-Mite was him at his best, he would have legs but for this character sheet I wanted to give the effect of him emerging from the lantern!

I also decided to keep the store bought, Halloween costume approach his costume usually has, especially with the Dracula cape and the cheap vampire fangs, it gives Bat-Mite this innocent look which is something he should always have... Unless you're in the Absolute Universe.

Ace is your normal black dog, inspired by Baskerville from the Hellsing series, but only for being a black dog as well. I was going to make Ace a bat/dog hybrid to make the name more comical of like "haha get it, he's an actual bat-hound!" but I wanted to actually attempt to draw a real dog from scratch and I think Ace turned out wonderfully!

Joe Chill, in my opinion, will reflect how your Batman AU will be, you can design Chill off of many ways but the main two that prevail are either he was a desperate crook who was scared, or the merciless monster who killed for the money, and for the hell of it. As you can see, I went with the latter.

Chill was heavily inspired by Judge Holden from The Blood Meridian, in both the face and the outfit, while also being the garments worn by lower-class citizens or street urchins in Victorian settings. He's a petty crook but above all else, this is the monster that Bruce Wayne fears the most, which is also why I obscured his eyes from looking normal human eyes, and more like a monster who is looking from under your bed.

I do have this Batman find Chill, and he does go to confront him, and Chill has no remorse nor empathy for killing this kid's parents in front of him. Batman of course wouldn't kill Chill, but it would not be a pleasant encounter for either party, especially since Batman would have to conquer his fear of the man who took everything from him.

In my time developing for this AU, the Court of Owls became more and more of a bigger presence, not just because I adore the Court, but also because I feel like for this gothic-horror inspired AU, I feel this Bat-Man should have his final adversary be the Court of Owls, with the overarching story of his world coming to see that these are the true demons of Gotham City.

To get the Talon out of the way, I didn't want to go for the usual Talon design, as believe it or not, I do have my reserves about it, because while it's not as absurd as the League of Assassins are with their blatant 'Mall Ninja' vibe, the Talons still give off that stealthy ninja vibe, and I didn't want to really go for that. Instead, I made them look like armored knights, I made them look like soldiers, I made them look like the enforcers of the Court of Owls, but above all else I made the Talons feel like they fit this gothic, dark world...

For the Judge themselves, I did some research and saw some inspiration from real life owls and some fan designs on Pinterest of owl warriors and sorcerers to get some pointers in the color scheme, originally I was going to give the Judge a very forest green color scheme, but I think this rogues gallery has a lot of green already, so I think this light, reddish-brown makes for a very regal, very cult-leader vibe, and that of course all tops off with the Judge's mask.

The identity of the Judge on my end is still up in the air, but this is the ending villain of Timeless Batman, so it only makes sense to give one of our final villain spotlights to the Judge and his Talons.

Beware the Court of Owls, that watches all the time.

Quincey Sharp is only really known from the Arkham series and I kind of wanted a corrupt mayor in Gotham that wasn't just Mayor Hill, and someone who can steal the spotlight after Hill is brushed out of office. Sharp's design is based on a character from Lies of P, but to be honest, I can't really remember at this moment in time, but to fit with the aesthetic, I did decide to give him that stereotypical 'Victorian Rich Guy' aesthetic that you see across a lot of media... And me and my friends joke around a lot that this is an evil Sir Topham Hatt from Thomas and Friends-

He has his signature cane, signature pose, and the wrinkles on his face. Doesn't get more Sharp than that!

The first major antagonist of Timeless Batman is Count Dracula himself, something that was in the works for a while now was what the endgame was going to be. Originally it was going to be Dracula, but this Batman had his corpse taken by Dracula and later would burn his castle down to escape, seemingly killing him when in reality, he merely weakened and reduced Dracula to the old mom in the wheelchair from Spongebob.

Why would Dracula wait at least 10-15+ years to enact his plan for Gotham and Batman? With this revelation in mind, I got to work on a possibility that, maybe Dracula is the one keeping things in check for now, being the Count, or the King of these [universal] monsters in Gotham, and Batman [freezing] him would only open the floodgates.

With this new idea in mind, Dracula would need a new design, something similar yet distinct from his original, Christopher Lee inspired design from before, which is why I basically made a more simpler version of his look from the Castlevania anime. With paler skin, longer hair, and a more young and athletic build, this Dracula is truly reborn and ready to vanquish the bat that dares take the name "Alucard" as one of his aliases. But this body is merely a tool, for the true desire is the body of Bruce Wayne, who was marked from birth as a being of great potential, of strength and diligence.

The endgame of at least the third or fourth year of Batman's career is whether Dracula will take Bruce's body and mind, or not.

David Cain was originally added because Cassandra Cain was in the AU, and I had only drawn her mother, Lady Shiva. But AFTER I designed David, I removed Cassandra from the AU because I could not fit her within the narrative as I wanted to in this Batman's time. But, I decided to keep David anyways and I'm glad I did, because not only was my time not wasted, but it's just a cool design.

I based this heavily off of Kabal but I tried to make it look like it could fit the Timeless Batman aesthetic with less of the Walmart-Ninja, or military ninja vibe that Cain normally has... Although when I say this and I look at it as I'm writing this lil paragraph, he looks a LOT like Storm Shadow from G.I. Joe...

I kept the traditional overcoat from Cain's usual design, added the Kabal mask from Mortal Kombat, and that also included Kabal's hook swords, as I did not want to give Cain dual katanas, because I hate how that's the default sword for every artist with very little understanding of different swords and cultures- who said that?

Other than that, it's a very simple and basic, all-white attire that finishes it off with the red, dotted, almost bug-like eyes in appearance that gives this David Cain a very killer vibe, literally. The story relevance for Cain here would be that he is an assassin, and as of right now he does not have any huge story significance other than going up against Lady Shiva at times which could make for a cool story arc in the future, but that will be decided later on.

This needs some explanation, the Timeless Universe has changed a lot over the single year it's been a thing. Originally everyone was connected and each city acted as their own little time capsule, acting like how the LEGO games would have you walk into Gotham and immediately it would start raining. But then that idea became more of a headache because how the hell can I justify the Timeless Batman events and then have the Timeless Titans events happen in the same universe, and how exactly would it work of all these cities having different time periods and aesthetics? It works on paper but something needed to be done.

I then had the idea that, what if Brainiac was collecting these different worlds with timeless time periods and he would then merge them together like a big Marvel Rivals-like event? Now, the story made much more sense. I was talking to a friend of mine and he suggested that maybe Brainiac would send Brainiac drones into the Big Three's worlds and watch from afar to gather intel on these 'timeless' worlds, worlds with no moving clock or sense of time.

And thus, Calculator/Brainiac-2 was born. The reason why he's named as 2 is because Batman came after Superman, who would have Brainiac-1.

Regardless, to finally get to the design. A lot of FNAF and Lies of P went into making this, with the body itself being inspired by the Scrapped Watchman and the rust, dirt, and grime along with the pose were inspired off of Golden Freddy's render from FNAF 2, originally he was going to be sitting like how GF does in that game's render, but I decided to make him hang from tubes instead. The only bright light would be the glowing pink eyes of the Brainiac logo.

Out of all the villains, this one probably took the longest because of all the details I put into the design.

Moving onto a much more simple design, we have Nocturna. She had a lot of revisions, kind of... Originally, she was going to be a lady of the night with a nightclub in Gotham, then she was going to be a ghostly assassin, and then I wanted to do something a lil more unique [kind of] and I decided to basically make her Sadako Yamamura from the Ring series... Same schtick too.

Black hair, black dress, pale blue skin with no mouth and very large eyes that pierce your soul... Like I said: not too much to really talk about with Nocturna, other than the potential lore I could drop? I imagine this being a good murder case, detective story with a case of untraceable corpses that are seen in front of their TV screens... Or maybe screens in general.

It would be a Batman/Zatanna story and it would end with Nocturna being sealed, dragged into a ghost dimension, or outright killed by Zatanna but I doubt about that last one. It sounds like a really interesting story though, so I might write something like it in the future!

Like with Ratcatcher, Pyg as going to be a Nightwing villain, and in this case, Pyg IS a Dick Grayson villain during his time as Batman in the Grant Morrison run, so by default I do consider him a Nightwing villain as well... But I said screw it and I made him a villain in the Batman AU!

His design is heavily based on Beware The Batman's Professor Pyg and a lil bit of Eddie Gluskin from Outlast: Whistleblower. I gave him the usual pinstriped suit with some wrinkles and even some skin exposed from his abdomen to give the illusion of a bigger frame. If you can't notice it already, his shoes also have the indication of being custom made to look like hooves that pigs would normally have! Just a little something to give the vibe of this guy being really into the whole pig aesthetic...

Lore wise, I imagine Valentin being a ringleader for the Circus of Strange, where Croc comes from in this universe, but the circus would be a breeding ground for dangerous and mistreated humans made to be circus attractions with very little regard for their safety. This also includes the helpless victims, especially women and children, to become Dollotrons that reflect Pyg's very twisted ideal of perfection, brought onto him by his mother in early childhood. He would be incarcerated in Blackgate, later Arkham Asylum but would only grow even more insane, and whether he takes place before or after Jack The Ripper is still up in the air, but regardless he would be one of Gotham's most sick and disgusting murder cases, and something that will make for a really good arc for Waylon Jones.

YES! I KNOW ONOMATOPOEIA IS A GREEN ARROW VILLAIN! I was reaaaaally hesitant on including him, believe me!... But then I did my research and found that Kevin Smith, his co-creator, had Ono be a thorn in the side of Batman for some stories, and he was featured in Batman: Caped Crusader... Plus, I do think he looks cool. So, there.

The main outfit was actually from this very fancy, royalty-looking suit design I found off of Pinterest... May have been AI, I have no idea, but if it was then I drew this with my HANDS, so it's automatically better. I didn't want to just copy the Caped Crusader design, so I did some liberties and added some white to contrast that black and make him stand out more, especially with the trimming around the cuffs of the pants and shirt!

The pose was a lil awkward, I made it look like he's standing like Ronald McDonald, BUT you could chalk it down as Onomatopoeia being a pretty weird dude, so he'd have a pretty weird stance. And with his whole schtick of his dialogue being only... Onomatopoeias, then maybe he would actually do "Ba-ba-ba-ba-baaaaa..." if he's hungry... Does McDonald's even exist in Timeless Batman's world?

I don't have too much to say on the role Onomatopoeia would have in the overarching story, I can see him being an assassin like he normally is for the mob or for a higher villain. Maybe Dracula, maybe Penguin, or maybe Hugo Strange. I'm not certain if he'll have as much of an effect on this Batman as the mainline Ono does, but that would be cool to think about... Kind of. Iykyk.

Kind of. Iykyk.

Clock King is, again, another Green Arrow villain, but a LOT of Batman projects used him like BTAS and The Batman '04, which is where I got the secret identity name for this Clock King. Kind of a shame this design turned out so good, idk if the Timeless Green Arrow Clock King would turn out as nice, but maybe we'll see.

I based this design off of an armor set from Lies of P, specifically the Puppet Princess Formal Dress! I wanted to really hit the king aesthetic, similar to how Brave and the Bold did their Clock King! A bit of Lord Fraquaad from Shrek was also influenced in the design, mainly for the hat... Not sure what that hat is specifically called but I wanted to do something different besides a usual European crown that CK would normally have.

I'm playing around with Clock King having the ability to freeze time, or maybe he could have a similar six second rule like that of Ringo Roadagain from JoJo's Steel Ball Run, if I went with the former, he'd be your average villain, but if I go for the latter, then he could be a more honorable interpretation of the villain, which I don't see a lot of, but I could be wrong.

Originally, Ratcatcher was in the Nightwing villains roster, but plans changed for Timeless Nightwing as a whole, and now he's a Talon-

So now we have Ratcatcher here as a Batman villain! This design can be botched down to being The S*ic*de Squad's Ratcatcher II design with the colors of his Arkham Asylum bio art. At first I wasn't goo on board with it, but the different shades of green, orange, and a lil bit of purple make him stand out a lot! If I do change my mind though, I can always change the colors on Paintnet or something, but I'm happy with the results!

I imagine Otis being like his appearance in Arkham Shadow where he's this crazy religious zealot, but not on the same level as say, Blackfire would be. Otis is a follower and not a leader, he would be one of the weaker villains in both physicality, and mentality. To be fair, his main fighting moves are from the help of his rats, which a certain point in the story is responsible for even giving him the ability to speak to rats... I do have ideas of what he could look like under the gas mask, but that will be for another day... Eh, I'll just spoil it: Imagine Peter Pettigrew from Harry Potter. That's Otis.

Like with a lot of these villains that I added to the rogues gallery, Magpie was a character I had no intention of having at first, especially since I already had Catwoman as the thief character, but since Selina is the typical anti-hero/ally to Batman and his Outsider group, I decided to have Magpie as a fun obscure choice, and as a potential dark side to Selina. Maybe she's a friend or an old fellow thief that worked with Selina? I'm not sure yet.

But her appearance was mainly inspired by Beware The Batman's Magpie design, with a lil bit of inspiration from Misa Amane's goth egirl design from Death Note, since while I used her as a point of reference for Punchline as well, you can see it a lil more here with Margaret!

She shares similar attributes to Catwoman being the long boots, the corset, the hair... kind of, and the flair for making for an alluring shint object thief, but she carries the same chalk white skin tone that puts you off whether she's human, or not, as in this universe, villains can be very misleading with the way they ALL look.

If y'all remember the original ten posts, I only drew Mad Hatter, yet I always had the idea of the Wonderland Gang from Paul Dini's run in my head... But for some reason I never drew them minus the Hatter, but that changes today!

The first two out of four members to show are the muscles, the twins: Tweedledee & Tweedledum! Their designs were heavily based on Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland interpretation of the two characters, and it made for a really good companion piece for the Mad Hatter himself; originally I was going to stick true to the designs and make both of them red, which would mean just a simple copy, paste, and horizontal flip for Dum, but then I remembered that the ideal voice for these two would be the Ray Chase type, based on Agni and Rudra from the Netflix DMC show.

So, now Dee & Dum have their own colors for a nice color contrast, but also to make it easier to tell which one is which. I'm still figuring out the lore for these two but the story arcs I have right now is that, after the first huge major arc of the story, the crazies would be out and one of the main arcs would be of Mad Hatter and his Wonderland Gang tormenting Gotham, hoe and why? That's still up for debate... But everything will make sense in time!

March Harriet was one of my favorites, mainly due to me just loving the bunny suit trend... So I think out of all the Wonderland Gang, she's probably my favorite here.

I based her design off of a Playboy Bunny outfit mixed with a Spirit Halloween looking costume that I found on Google. I gave her the same pasty white skin as a lot of other characters in the AU do to fit the vibe, and gave her the light brown color of the LEGO Batman Movie March Harriet! Decided to also give her a Wolf cut, Butterfly cut, whatever the hair style is, I liked the tomboyish look of it and figured it would look great on her!

She wouldn't be too important to the story but it does kind of go into why she's dressed like this: I wanted to have the same effect as the Silent Hill 2 nurses where it was a look into the psyche of the main character in question, this is how Jervis sees women, at least some of them. I wanted to make a design that made that point across while also not using it as an excuse to just make an overtly sexy design, I didn't want it to be demeaning while also showing off a crucial, creepy flaw with the main villain, and I think Harriet's design is good for that! It definitely beats all the other times they try to make Hatter a dark character where they just make him a name on the Epstein files-

Carpenter was a character I was really hung up on... Do I go with the story idea that Jervis would have his female goons where the Spirit Halloween sexy costumes, or do we actually make a Carpenter design? As you can see, I picked the latter.

Carpenter, based on design, would be the most lenient with the group, since they're all brain washed minions of Jervis in his journey to find his Alice, which would be his ex-wife for reasons I will get to at a later date. So I made her the usual purple shirt with the white coveralls, and gave her a cut lil hat to complete the "fantasy" carpenter look!

I used this hair shading technique that you see with a lot of other artists and even animated shows and movies, I keep telling myself I need to use this more but I haven't on the villains after Carpenter so that will be something to work on in the future.

But yeah, like with Bob from the MANIAX, I can see Carpenter actually getting a good sendoff at the end of a Wonderland Gang arc, where she can hopefully go back to a sustainable life depending on how messed up her brain functions are because of Jervis, but only time will tell!

Toymaker is NOT a member of the Wonderland Gang, but I needed to fill the void with a fourth villain so I figured I would add him as a companion piece. While his name is Toymaker based on the Batman 2004 show, as usual, this is clearly a jab at ToyMAN from Superman's rogues gallery, while also being mixed with the Happy Mask Salesman from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, even with the slouch and all.

He's one of the few villains that doesn't have that chalk white skin, instead going for a more gray, more drab tone to kind of show his unkept look. I wanted to make his hair look like it's plastic, something I inspired off of Melvin from Jeff Dunham's Spark of Insanity show.

Another piece of media I pulled from was actually Jason the Toymaker, but only for the shoulder padding you see donning Toymaker's shoulders... Now that I think about it, it's ironic to use two characters with the same name for this version of the Toymaker. I actually went ahead and read the Jason story and... Yeah, it's a creepypasta. It sucks. But the design is cool at least, albeit a bit too... Pretty Boy Anime-ified.

But, yeah! Toymaker! He'd be more of a minor villain, fighting alongside a villain maybe like Riddler, maybe Joker, or hell maybe even Killer Moth since they would both be minor villains in their own right!

Bedbug is a villain I am sure not a lot of people know or a lot may have forgotten about him since he was only used in, two comics during Paul Dini's time on the Batman book?

As the Timeless universe for Batman expanded, I decided to give Scarecrow some lackeys for a story arc that would warrant them, and here is what I came up for Bedbug!

I envision him as an escaped Arkham patient who would be personally experimented on by Jonathan Crane, even before he turned into the Scarecrow, but after a divine presence speaks to Crane himself, after he becomes the villain he would need his own henchmen, and Bedbug would be born with the utilization of the infested bugs that were dosed in Crane's fear toxin formula. These bedbugs would then be controlled by Bedbug himself, using them to seep into a person's mind as they sleep, biting and eventually eating their way through the bran to control Gothamites like zombies.

He wears a straight jacket with a bed sheet from his padded cell, he manages to get a single arm loose from the confines of the jacket and he has a hand-stiched mask made of leather, pleather, and other materials around the asylum that Crane could offer to his subject.

He has no name or identity after he was turned into Bedbug, as when Batman would unmask him, his face would have been practically chewed away at by these Bedbugs around him, until he [probably] meets a gruesome end like that one dude in Kingdom of the Crystak Skull with the ants.

Ragdoll is literally Sam from Trick 'r Treat mixed with a traditional Scarecrow design, and the Ragdoll design from The Batman 2004, like how a lot of other designs in this series are inspired off of that show.

He is the second member of what Crane calls 'The Acolytes of Fear' and always seen with Bedbug as they commit crimes, though in different fashions. Where Bedbug gets into your head and controls you from within, Ragdoll plays off the fear of pediophobia, where he enters the house of a victim and can change his size to be a lil' ragdoll that was given to little Carl as a birthday gift, that dad conveniently forgot. This makes Ragdoll a good spy and informant/assassin for Scarecrow's little group project.

He's very lanky to give the usual Ragdoll sense both in the common tropes of an actual ragdoll, and the DC character itself with him being able to slip through cracks and crevices to make a quick getaway. He has the same button eye and stitched up look that Sam would have with a few more stitches and even different fabrics sewn together to give it more of a put-together look, that and the suit would be very droopy, as you can see with that feet!

Punchline is the bass guitar player in Joker's band, THE MANIAX. I realized I never gave a full breakdown of what the roles in the band are, so here's a quick shot:

Joker - Lead Singer/Guitarist
Harley Quinn - Rhythm Guitar
Punchline - Base Guitar
Bob - Drums

Not too different from the usual Punchline design, but I made it black and white to match Joker & Harley, as well as give her bits of purple in her hair to keep Punchline's main color in tact! She's definitely a more typical e-goth you'd see but, to be fair, Joker & Harley literally look like Hot Topic ads.

And if you couldn't tell, I did use the old Brofist logo as a base for her belt buckle. ain't no way any of them are fans of Pewdiepie though, Joker's nuts but he doesn't have a bridge moment. Maniax is clean-

Bob was based on the character of the same name from the 1989 movie and that was it: the Number 1 Guy... Until he got killed by Joker.

I decided to base this off of a Spirit Halloween clown costume because I ran into a fork in the road when deciding what to do for Bob... I always imagined him being the most lowkey of the MANIAX and he would still be an accomplice in the crimes Joker commits with his band, but he's there to serve as the drummer and getaway driver for the group, so he's kinda just... There.

His main flair I gave him would be the star shaped sunglasses and the crazy orange hair that was inspired off of Captain Clown from The Animated Series! I imagine Bob would have the best fate out of the MANIAX, he would just go to jail, serve his time, and then be a free man to be another band's drummer. Bob is just Bob.

This is the sixth time I had a design for Timeless Batman. The main reason why I dropped the Periwinkle blue was because I could not for the LIFE of me find a good seller of Periwinkle blue fabric more than one yard, and when I did find a seller, the shade of the color was all wrong... So I just said fuck it and went with the iconic black and very very dark grey.

This Bats was based on a few things as usual: the Belmonts from Castlevania, Gerard Way's unused Batman concept, and the White Knight Batman suit, much like how the old MK III was based on the WK suit as well. That's my favorite in the comics so it only makes sense I suppose.

Not much to really go into, other than a few things:

1) No, his skin is not pasty white naturally, he just applies a lot of make-up to look like an undead vampire, since he's a dhampir.

2) The bat logo is my own design, taken from real bats in flight, though I did look at the concept bat logo designs for The Batman '22 to get a general feel as to how you would translate a bat in flight into a logo.

3) The stitching was added last minute both in the drawing, and in the cosplay that I'll get done... one of these days. A friend of mine saw this and said it was very Corpse Bride-Tim Burton, which I take as a huge compliment since Burton's a huge inspiration for this world.

4) Yes, he still has a radio voice filter.

Catwoman's look isn't too different from the first design I did, but I just made it darker, and more streamlined. Absolute Catwoman was a good inspiration mainly for the color, and it also pushed me to give Selina paws for her boots and gloves! She still retains her glowing green goggles.

As you can see as well, her skin is much lighter than the previous version, and the sheet says it upfront that this Catwoman is on her sixth life. So she has the Burton 9 lives gimmick and a friend of mine gave me an idea to have Selina get more pasty the more she dies.

Idk if she goes down to her last life, but we'll have to see.

Also, BOOBS-

The Timeless universe has changed a fair amount. Now, every Timeless hero is in their own little time capsule, which includes the mythos. That means, this Nightwing will not be the same as the eventual Timeless Nightwing I will draw for the Titans. So this is a different continuity!

With that in mind, I went to the more iconic Nightwing design with the black and blue, this Nightwing is very much inspired by the White Knight design, as is Batman. I decided to give his jacket a little bit of spice and added gray harnesses for his escrima sticks! He is very much a very Red Hood coded character, since this AU actually has Dick and Jason being childhood friends, blood-brothers you can say, and since Jason will have the Grant Morrison Red Hood design, I figured why not give Dick a more... Modern Red Hood look while still keeping true to Timeless Gotham's aesthetic?

I say that as if I wasn't mainly inspired by White Knight Nightwing lmao

He is very much a very Red Hood coded character, since this AU actually has Dick and Jason being childhood friends, blood-brothers you can say, and since Jason will have the Grant Morrison Red Hood design, I figured why not give Dick a more... Modern Red Hood look while still keeping true to Timeless Gotham's aesthetic? I say that as if I wasn't mainly inspired by White Knight Nightwing lmao

Idk what it was about the original Robin design that I did, but it wasn't hitting. So I made this one!

I inspired this look off of the Black Parade uniforms from My Chemical Romance, the bird medal was taken from Gerard Way's unused Robin design since I actually really like the idea of the Robin emblem being a medal rather than the classic R, it fits too because Timeless Robin wasn't meant to have the classic R either. I made the medal different at least in comparison to Way's design.

I made this Robin very much similar to Tim's eventual Red Robin look, I figured since Tim is the only person in the Timeless universe to take on the identity of Robin, I would just skip to the Red Robin identity and leave it at that, I think it matches up with Timeless Batman and the aesthetic of the villains especially!

Not much to say, other than Welcome to the Bat Parade, I guess.

Before the costumed criminals and gimmicks, there was the organized crime that claimed to rule the city from its roots without ever realizing the true ruler of Gotham in the Timeless universe.

The three crime lords are those I decided to include all together since they're very basic guys in suits to where they didn't really deserve their own character sheets. Falcone's was probably the hardest because I cannot draw anything other than basic character poses yet, but I'll get there!

Each Crime Boss has their own little flair; Falcone has the cape like a king, Maroni has his coat draped over him like a cape, and Thorne just wears his coat normally. I wanted to show the heirarchy of power withing the Gotham Underworld before Riddler comes in and rains on everyone's parade. If you look closely, Falcone even has the iconic cat scratches from Selina!

Roman was actually really fun to do, I've been getting more into Black Mask as of late so when I got to design him, I wanted to do something a bit different. I made his suit a brighter shade of pink with his vest being purple, a part of this was inspired off of Cesar Romero's Joker suit with its coloring, but I also took cues from the Absolute version of Black Mask with the brighter suit scheme, I was originally going to give him the white suit from Arkham Origins but I wanted to be different!

The mask I decided to leave totally blank, I was gonna add yellow or red specs in the eye sockets, but I think having it be a plain black mask just makes him more creepy an ominous, especially if used in the right lighting scenes! Overall, Roman is Roman!

Designer was one of my favorite lesser-known Batman villains even though he came from the god-awful War of Jokes & Riddles story arc, and I thought he could have been really cool, until it was uncovered that he was just another Joker scheme... Yay.

So, for Timeless, since a lot of these heroes and villains have horror routes, I made Designer a walking-talking Mannequin! So as he's walking, he has a very stiff and doll-like feel to him, and his voice would have a little muffle to signify the stuffing and more inside of his 'skin.'

Since he is a mannequin, that means his 'goons' are also mannequins! It's a little shop of horrors, especially for those who have an immense fear of mannequins. I don't have a clear story arc planned but, if I ever do something with these villains and characters, he's definitely a character I am excited to think of something for!

So here is one of the major changes in the Timeless Universe... Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Assassins do not exist. Because I hate both of them, they have the exact same story arc every single time, and whenever they try to add characters like Lady Shiva or even Bane to their cause, it doesn't amplify their presence, but merely makes the plots more convoluted... So, with that in mind, originally I was going to have Ra's but he would be this world's equivalent to Dracula... But the more I got references for the design... I figured why not just have Dracula and be done with it?

So, a much more interesting character is here with the Count! I based his design off the Bela Lugosi Dracula, as well as the great Sir Christopher Lee's take on the Count, and Drac's appearance from The Batman VS Dracula, one of the coolest Batman animated movies! So he is pretty simple in terms of designs compared to other Drac designs such as the Castlevania series. But I think that fits seeing how a lot of other villains in this Timeless barrage are pretty simple all things considered!

As you see from the post, in this universe, Dracula would have been one of Bruce's teachers, disguised as Henri Ducard, where he would teach Bruce about being a great detective in order to become the greatest, but the lessons would be cut short due to Ducard's mansion being lit ablaze after Bruce used his skills to uncover the truth of Ducard actually being a vampire. Dracula would return to Gotham after stalking Bruce's activities and resettle in the abandoned Arkham Asylum, ruling from the shadows as his pawn gets everything ready for the great Dracula's return to full strength...

Professor Hugo Strange... Is straight up Giancarlo Esposito. Yes, I know, he's a very tight casted man in these calm yet scary villain roles... BUT IN MY DEFENSE... I was watching the Payday 2 Dentist trailer and was caught in the moment, okay!?

So, a lot of Hugo's design is in-turn, inspired off of the Dentist from Payday 2, as well as Isaac a bit from the Netflix Castlevania anime, which is probably my favorite video game adaptation, ever. There's not a whole lot to say about Hugo since he is pretty much what you would expect: long white coat, surgical gloves, and of course that majestic, eeeevillll beard. I do think Giancarlo would be good to have as Hugo Strange rather than what others fan-cast him as, like him as Mr. Freeze...

Gray Owl is essentially the 'leader' of the armies of Talons for the Court of Owls, who in this universe, answer under Hugo Strange. Dracula does not approve seeing how owls are natural predators of Bats, but as long as they're useful. Gray Owl was inspired by Death from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, same voice and he would also have a whistle similar to Death, but it would be more like the Talons' usual 'Hoot Hoot' from the comics!

Overall, again another really simple design, I will draw some of the Talons themselves if I do big centerpieces to get better at scene composition, but for now, have their General!

Lock-Up is, again, pretty basic but I guess that's the theme of this batch of villains, yeah? Basically just taking his classic design as first-seen in Batman: The Animated Series, but adding some things, removing others, and sticking with what stuck!

I took some design and color inspirations from Arkham Shadow's Lyle as well since I actually loved that they incorporated Lock-Up into the Arkham-Verse and made him just as vile as he was in the cartoon! That's also where I decided to give him the TYGER logo on his right shoulder pad, as I had the idea that Strange has an operative force of both militaristic, and mythological on each side of the viewpoint of Gotham! And of course, Lyle is the leader of TYGER due to his excessive violence and zero tolerance for criminals. Which also makes Arkham Asylum more of a living hell than it already was in the Timeless Universe after Dracula set up shop.

Deadshot was tricky. I wanted to go for that classic look but also make it look like it fits in this Dieselpunk/Steampunk world... then, I had the weirdest inspiration: Mixing the jacket from the Rocketeer with Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter! So I gave him that same Victorian look that Gotham By Gaslight would have, while also giving him his signature wrist-gun-bracers and a long sniper rifle to complete the look.

I also gave him a broken brimmed hat to make room for his one red eye piece to make it look more prominent, if you look closely, you can see the crosshair in the eye piece as well! Overall a simple design for Deadshot compared to some of his canon or other fan designs, but I think the simplicity works really well!

Firefly took the longest to actually think of what to do with him. I was originally going to do a take on The Batman 2004 and the Arkham Series, but I felt those two designs just didn't fit the vibe of this Timeless Gotham... So, I went back to the drawing board and remembered the shelved Batgirl movie with Brendan Fraser as Firefly, and I actually really dug his design and hope that one day the movie can come out to streaming services, or hell maybe even DVD... But anyways, I inspired this Firefly off of that movie's version, with slight nods to the 2004 design with the color scheme and the helmet.

I also decided to base a bit of this design off of the Rocketeer, as when I was really thinking about what Firefly should look like, it dawned on me that Deadshot wouldn't be the ONLY one using that jacket in this universe if it's universally available... So, I based his aesthetic off the Rocketeer and gave him a golden chestplate and helmet to boot, along with a fire shooting bracer on his left forearm so he can shoot fire with both hands next to his fire gun.

This actually turned out to be one of my favorite designs out of this entire wave of villains, fitting because Firefly's always been one of my favorite underrated Batman villains.

It was till the very end of this drawing and when I deleted the Krita file that made me see that the Ghost's hands were comically big... Oh well. I guess he makes them big because he's dead.

Anyways, this is your average Gentleman Ghost... the only thing I added was a mustache because I based both Ghost's design and lore off of H. H. Holmes, I figured if I was going to have horror of both the real world and the fictional worlds inspire this Gotham, then one of them has to be based off one of the most infamous serial killers... That's really all I can say about Gentleman Ghost as he is, again, your standard design; though I will say I do really like how I made him look ghostly with the blue line art and the gaussian blur on the outer edges, and this was from my first attempt since all my other ghostly attempts were rather... haphazardly done.

Lady Shiva isn't exactly a villain in the Timeless universe, but she is an assassin that would go after Batman for the money before Bruce enlists her teachings to make him a better combatant against assassins.

Design wise, I based her off her usual classic design since it was simple and effective, only thing I added were the flower designs on the bottom of her coat but that's about it. Not the biggest fan of the pose I gave her, a part of me wished I gave her a sword pose and a sword in general, or her usual arms behind the back, authority pose but, eh it's fine.

I also tried to do the Kaneko (former smt artist) black lip aesthetic, which I think turned out decently well, and I also tried to make her look a bit older since I would think Shiva was almost as old as Bruce usually, although in this universe she'd be like, 10 years older than Bruce seeing how he starts being Batman at only 21 years old.

So, yeah! Lady Shiva, the deadliest woman in the DC Universe!

Anarky was a character I was stoked to draw, he's my third favorite Batman villain, believe it or not. So designing him was not hard at all because I simply love his classic design to where it didn't need to be altered in any significant way other than how it looked. And for that, I based Anarky off of V from V for Vendetta, one of my favorite movies of all time.

There's not really much to say here, other than when you look at V from the movie and this Anarky side by side, they're basically copies of one-another, Anarky is just pinkish red with the giant A on his chest. I might make a cosplay of this Anarky one day but that will be at a later date...

Deacon Blackfire, like a lot of these other designs, went through some changes. Originally I was going to go for the exaggerated pope robes and have them be big and wavy, hell I even had one of my old reference photos be Asuka from Guilty Gear - STRIVE -

But the more I drew a lot of the other designs before Blackfire, Timeless Batman and Gotham were beginning to take its shape and I realized that maybe that wasn't the way to go, maybe Blackfire should be a different type of preacher. I rememer watching a lot of the Behind the Scenes work on BTAS and TNBA, in this case the latter and Bruce Timm described designing Scarecrow with western preacher clothes... And then I remembered how Father Gascoigne from Bloodborne looked, so combining those two ideas I was able to craft this Deacon Blackfire to fit the Timeless Gotham aesthetic!

That's all there is to say, since this is a very basic design as it is. What you see is what you get!

A lot of these villains are pretty serious in their own rights so I wanted to really dig deep and get someone who would be a good joke villain, but nothing ridiculous like Kite-Man or Crazy Quilt... And I always had a love for Lord Death Man!!! (the exclamation marks are necessary whenever you say his name).

A bit of this look was obviously taken from his robed appearances in the comics, but also from Ghostface, believe it or not. I was going to give him a Ghostface looking mask but make it skull-like, but I felt the decal on the hooded piece just looked better. One a side note I also saw this after I finished this design, but when you look at Lord Death Man!!!... He has the exact color scheme of Lord Garmadon from Ninjago, which was not intentional at all, but now that I see it, I'll role with it as an inspiration!

Also, yes he is an actual skeleton man, and yes he does have his moments of being a badass but he's relatively simple to defeat. He's like a Saturday morning villain.

This batch of villains were all essentially cult leaders, so I figured I'd throw Lady Arkham here as well.

Not really much in the way of design changes minus a different approach to the outfit with the majority of the costume being a straight jacket rather than the leatherbound outfit L.A. sported in the Telltale games. I based the straight jacket look off of one of Scarecrow's designs from Batman Begins and went from there, and polearm is also a different design but that was just me drawing it without much care to simply copy the Telltale design. As long as it has that concussive ball of death on the top, it's the Lady Arkham staff.

You also might notice that this Lady Arkham is actually Jeremiah Arkham; in the lore he would go crazy as one does in the Arkham family, especially after getting closer to the revelation of Hugo Strange's true allegiance and the use of Arkham Asylum, there may have been some good in Jeremiah, but none of it mattered now as he made this crusade and cult of prisoners who have been experimented by Strange to rise up against the corruption of Gotham and to tear it out by the roots, it's a changed up version of the plot from Telltale, minus a lot of the key elements... But to be fair, it'd be cheating if it was an exact copy.

Harvester is a huge stretch. I've never heard of this guy until I listened to the Spotify audio series: Batman: Unburied where Harvester served as the main villain. Even without a visual reference I was always intrigued by the villain's voice [by the goat Sam Witwer] and the fact this villain served really well in the horror of Batman's rogues gallery, which is where I think Batman thrives in!

So to kickstart the design... It's Edward Scissorhands. That's it. A lot of these designs, as you see, are based on certain horror icons and mythological/folklore figures, so for my Harvester who has very little appearances, I felt there was no wrong answer, as long as you make him a crazy cannibalistic serial killer, then it's fair game!

I also decided to give him a mask that is similar to The Trapper from Dead By Daylight as I felt it gave a finishing touch to the design, and the creepy factor since you can still see the Harvester's teeth through the mouth of the mask. I made his claws rusted with blood to give off the illusion that he never washes or tends to his needs, which realistically would dull the knives and make them less effective... But so is functioning anything with those bigg-ass scissorhands.

Very creepy, very cool, just how I like it!

Victor Zsasz also went through some design changes; originally I had him as this buff dude with scars, an eyepatch, and the tally marks but then I was looking through those horror references and thought about how deformed and messed up the Outlast patients were... So I went with that, while also giving Zsasz the attire of Pinhead from Hellraiser, which explains the weird stomach hole in the corset...

I decided to also give Zsasz a very soulless look, again, like the Outlast patients, it adds to the scare factor of what a killer like Victor Zsasz would be. I imagine this being one of Timeless Batman's more challenging threats, not because of his physical nature, although Zsasz fights like a lunatic, but because of the mental will Bats will have to show to not kill this dude outright.

The Phantasm was always going to be in any AU that I do of Batman because the movie [she] originated from is by far one of the greatest Batman movies. Also her design is just, so damn cool. I went back to her inspiration that inspired Bruce Timm with the original design, and that was DC's Reaper. I took the belt, mainly. Originally, I was going to have her cloak be held up by the skull and a chain wrapping around her body like a sword belt, but I decided against it. The only real change I gave to her design were the wrappings around her legs and arms, if you're noticing a trend, I love my wrappings!

Not really much to say, other than, it's the Phantasm!

Mr. Bloom was a HUGE stretch; while appearing in the highly acclaimed Scott Snyder New-52 run on Batman, this was during the Jim Gordon-Batman era where he had that mecha-bunny suit that was actually pretty cool.

It's a shame Bruce himself never faced Mr. Bloom, as he is such an interesting villain and a great utilization of horror that Snyder really perfected with his spores growing from the inside of people and Gotham itself, Bloom is definitely a heavy hitter in this AU, I just need to really think about his involvement.

But, design wise, it's basically his classic look, there's no real need to change it since it's already such an interesting design... Though I will say, I did base his tentacle-y hands and feet off of Slenderman's tentacles in how a lot of fan artists would draw them flowing, so maybe there is some design change after all!

Ventriloquist was a character I had no idea what I would do with. I was just going to give him the usual three piece suit and that would be it, but remember when I said that I was going to make Riddler based on Igor before I ended up with the final design? Well, that Igor idea went into the Ventriloquist instead, which I think actually works better than it would have for Riddler.

I had an inside joke with some friends that this was some sort of evil looking Geppetto, and the puppet really doesn't help with that comparison. Scarface himself is your basic ventriloquist dummy with the same color scheme as Arnold and even has a wooden brush extension from Krita to make him look more like a handmade puppet.

Tally Man is a huge stretch from the comics that even I don't know everything about, but he's basically the debt collector for anyone who owes the mob some money, and if you don't pay up, then you pay for your life...

I inspired this Tally Man to be an urban myth, something that the crime bosses (designer) summoned themselves to act as their debt collector and to keep the mysteries of Gotham City rolling, also based on his design from the comics, I inspired his look off a court jester, specifically Jester from Devil May Cry 3!

Another bit of inspiration was 'The Clown' or the Violator from the Spawn comics, maybe he'll have a similar demonic form but for now, I'm content with the Tally Man being a weird looking borderline clown dude!

Calendar Man went through some changes as well; I was originally going to make the obvious Hannibal Lecter reference and make him the usual Calendar Man from Arkham City, maybe with a muzzle to drive the point... But then I stumbled upon his concept art for Arkham Asylum where he had the colors of his classic costume with the inner portion being of calendar pages... So I went with that approach.

Then, Persona 4 Revival got revealed and I got in that Adachi mood, so I figured I would inspire a bit of his design off of Adachi as well, pose included! I decided to give him a faceless calendar mask since my original design from 2021 originally had a whole calendar for a face, but I thought that was lame for nowadays standards, so I went with this mask instead!

Cluemaster was actually the last supervillain I drew for the Timeless Batman roster! I originally wasn't going to include him, but then I realized if Stephanie is in the AU, with her and Tim going to the same private school, then where is Cluemaster?

Being the headmaster of the private school (still pending on a name), I was originally going to give Cluemaster a very stereotypical three piece suit and tie with the mask, but I thought that was lame... So, I went digging for any more horror tropes and even almost based his design off the Reeves Riddler! But eventually I ran into the Grabber from one of my favorite horror movies: The Black Phone, so you can definitely see the design inspirations after one glimpse of the titular villain.

I then gave him this raggedy coat inspired by the 2004 version of Cluemaster since I do have immense nostalgia for that version, and I recently rewatched that episode of The Batman '04, so the time was right for this design of the Cluemaster!

Lore will come out later, but just know this: this guy is twisted!

At first I didn't have the intention of giving Batman more suits, but then I started playing with the idea more and eventually I figured why not, since Batman should probably have a wardrobe change once in a while. That, and I recently got into the White Knight universe, the one where Joker turns good and Batman is a lil' crazy?

I wanted to base a bit of this suit off of that, this includes the small gloves, the thigh high boots built into the suit, and the large, thin pouched utility belt that has some of his gadgets hanging off the sides!

For the helmet, I added to the lore that this Bruce Wayne suited his cowl with a radio filter to give him a distorted, demon-sounding voice, like Batfleck's approach to the voice but more radio-y. As y'all know, I hate half-masks, but I figured I should at least attempt to showcase the design choice with mouth slits! It gives the cowl a more, helmet feel and shows the inner workings of this batsuit... It can be removed so the option to have the batchin is still there, but I'm never going to have this as a design option, it will only be shown in battle damaged scenes, if I ever draw them.

Killer Moth went through some different designs while I was drawing him; in this continuity, Drury is a CRIMINAL lawyer, where he is able to get his clients out of a lot of messy situations, but it does depend on how extreme the situation is, or whether Drury is being lazy or not about the case, this makes him either liked or disliked in Gotham, depends on who you ask.

Anyways, Originally I was going to base Killer Moth off of Mothman... Because moths. But I realized a lot of my designs were dark and creepy, and while this Killer Moth is definitely more competent than other versions, while still being a goofball, I did want a bit of his costume to reflect his feelings about the costumed vigilantes and villains as a whole: that they're ridiculous.

So I decided to give his classic look a bit of a revision, with the biggest change being his wings no longer extended out, but rather they're forming like a cape, like Batman's. This is for two reasons: I still had that Mothman inspiration... But also I just didn't want to spend all that time figuring out wings.

I was also going to go with a darker color scheme too, but eventually it all came back to the classic orange and purple we all know Killer Moth to have!

Clayface is based on two things: the Wendigo, a vicious creature from Algonquian folklore, and SCP-096, or 'The Shy Guy.'

I also based this guy on a Batfeed video, much like Mr. Freeze, but this time it was based on the Clayface Arkham Tapes episode, which I highly recommend y'all to watch! The coloring is based on 'The Batman' [2004] and put all of this together and you have a pretty scary look on Clayface. I always felt Clayface works better with horror, and I mean true body-horror kind of action, because imagine turning into THIS thing?

Don't have much lore besides the basics for Basil: washed up actor, tried killing his co-stars, eventually becoming an inmate of Arkham Asylum to which Hugo Strange would experiment and eventually turn Karlo into... This.

When designing Azrael, I wanted to do Jean-Paul and save Michael Lane for a later time, mainly because I know more about Jean than I do Michael, also I just think Jean-Paul looks cooler and has more of a staying power. So I of course based Azrael off his original appearance, as well as crusaders that fought in their Holy Wars, or in modern terms: Father from BreadBoys.

I was close to giving Azrael a crusader helmet, but in the end I decided against it because I feel Azrael's cloaked, hooded design is simply too iconic than to put a simple iron or steel helmet on the dude and his silhouette.

The coloring was pretty challenging as I wanted to go for that all-red look with touches of gold but I didn't want to make it *too* much red, if that makes sense? But I think the darker red for the boots and arm wraps made for a great separation from the red bodysuit underneath, and of course we have all of the gold aligning Azrael's body... Also I just want to point out that if the anatomy is weird... Well, I'm still learning anatomy, but also I WAS going to draw Azrael's flaming sword... But got lazy at the last minute.

I'll draw it in later drawings, though!

Hush sucks. Unless he's written by Paul Dini.

But, Hush is still iconic in terms of design, and if this Batman is Dieselpunk with bits of Steampunk, Victorian era stuff... Then, I have to include Jack The Ripper, right? Well then there lied the issue: what about Hush? They're... kind of similar with their crimes? Not really? But they got the murders in random parts of the city down I suppose.

Anyways, enough of me trying to loosely pin these two together, I figured if I'm going to have Jack, I needed to sacrifice Hush, but I was more than willing to make Hush... Jack The Ripper.

Design wise, very much inspired by the look Jack has in Assassin's Creed Syndicate; in fact when I first saw the design my first reaction was: 'holy shit, it's Hush.' And the rest was history. I still wrapped his entire body in bandages, and gave him the classic color scheme of the original Hush to ensure the vision was still there.

I will say, it would still be pretty easy to pinpoint who he is, because who else would use a scalpel that big for murders?

Let me fill you in on a little secret: this design for Riddler was a complete last minute arrangement for the character!

Originally, I was going to design the Riddler off of the Zodiac Killer inspired Matt Reeves/Paul Dano Riddler, but as I kept looking throuhg horror inspirations, I eventually made the decision to scrap the Zodiac inspiration and go with Igor from Frankenstein... But then I rewatched scenes from RWBY due to another project of mine and thought "... roman's cool."

And then, boom, Timeless Riddler!

I did inspire his undersuit design from Marilyn Manson outfits since another design inspiration was the 2004 'Manson' Riddler, that and the cane design was also inspired off of the look from the 2004 show, it was going to be much more angular and sharp, but I liked the smoothed out question mark more.

It's a blessing in disguise that I made this more simple redesign, my original Riddler drawing had question marks everywhere... and I mean, everywhere. So this was more mentally pleasing for me.

Two-Face became one of my favorites in this entire series of villains, I based this look on the Billy Dee Williams Two-Face concept art and the design from the Batman '89 comic run; I also based a bit of this off of Beetlejuice, as seen with the hair and the overcoat design!

I'm normally not a fan of green Two-Face, I'm more of a purple or Blue-Face kind of guy, but for this design I felt the green really popped alongside the rest of the design. The only other color besides the green is of course the red striped tie and inner layer of the coat which, I can't really pinpoint why I did that but I guess it's just because it looked cool, and it does!

And of course, he has two guns... Yeah.

Mr. Freeze was inspired off of a series called "Gotham: 1889" by the Batfeed YouTube Channel, I liked the idea of Freeze, in this industrial world, making his iconic suit out of an old scuba suit, it also led into my second design inspiration with Springtrap, as I wanted this Freeze to keep that tragic story in tact, and in this context he quite literally is frozen shut inside that suit with no real way to get out. So his movements are janky and robotic, and his voice is cold and stern like how it would be in the Arkham series.

Oh, and for added measures of suffering, during the accident that caused his condition, his arm got frozen and was smashed off, so he had to replace it with that freeze cannon. Fun stuff!

Poison Ivy is a lil' spicy, which was the reason why I added the 18+ warning to my bio, but anyways; I designed Ivy off of her Gotham By Gaslight appearance, where she was an exotic dancer who was plant themed, but I actually wanted to use Ivy as a character, so I boosted it up to the extreme by also inspiring her look off of the dancer class from the Fire Emblem series!

Lots of green on this one and it was fun to experiment with the different shades and designing this show-boaty outfit, and especially getting that bright red hair (same shade as bootleg!mj btw). Also wanted to give her paler skin as I feel it's the best way to portray Poison Ivy, especially with all that green on her design already (something I should've learned from my Gamora design).

Oh an, like with a lot of these, I also took from the LEGO Batman Movie design, the BEST Poison Ivy design.

So, the Penguin has at least four main inspirations that went into making this design. First was the Matt Reeves version: Oswald Cobb, I liked that version the most out of any Penguin for a while and still think that one is my favorite version, but it bounces from that one, or the Danny Devito Penguin, which was the second inspiration.

If you look closely, he has the penguin flipper hands, and that crooked nose, and admittedly a better hairstyle than Penguin did; imagine this version as a refined 'Batman Returns' Penguin! The third design was the pin stripped suit of Jack Skellington... And that's about it.

The fourth and final design I inspired this look off of is the Telltale Penguin, where he's more lean and angular rather than short and pudgy; I love all forms of the Penguin but I always imagined my own Penguin to be that lean and brutal type that the Telltale version showcases in spades, so add the grimace and that scar on the side of his mouth and you have yourself Timeless Penguin!

BANE was one of the last characters I did for this villain series, and his design is straight up based on Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid. When I was thinking of concepts I literally just said to myself 'Buff Psycho Mantis...' and the rest was history.

I did take the Venom route from The Batman [2004] where he has that dial on his right hand to pump the Venom through his body, I was not in the mood to draw big Venom tubes and a shitton of mini tubes going through his body; so, yeah I got lazy, but it still looks cool, right?

OKAY... Man-Bat was tricky.

For the longest time, he was literally going to be a rehash of the 2004 Man-Bat, as that has always been my favorite Man-Bat design... But just as I was about to begin the drawing process, I remembered Dracula's demon form from the end of Castlevania games and I then decided to base it off of that, which is funny because Dracula exists in this universe.

So, Man-Bat is significantly more big than his usual appearances, and I decided to go with the Arkham Knight route and make his fingers the mass of the wings, rather than having the wings be slapped just on the bottom of his arms, and as for the color, blue and punk just go really nicely together, it makes for a really cool, yet terrifying design.

Solomon Grundy... Is a zombie. With some Frankenstein influence. That's really about it.

I took some design inspirations from Arkham City and the Injustice 1 versions of Solomon, and the colors were ripped off the classic Frankenstein Monster... Pretty self explanatory. The way I'm describing it makes it sound like I don't necessarily like Grundy, which isn't the case, I think he's awesome... It's just, yeah that's Solomon Grundy, not really much to say.

Designing the Clown Prince of Crime was a challenge. I didn't want to do a simple Joker design, the original look is iconic and of course I wanted to pay homage, but with the background of Timeless DC, it'd be lazy to copy and paste the original, right?

Joker was probably the first of these villains when I started to take a lot of horror inspirations for the design, for those with a keen eye, you'd recognize the sock and sleeve patterns to be those of Laughing Jack, the creepypasta! That and Joker's outfit in general is an homage to the character as well.

The main reason why I went with this more -different- approach to the Joker is because I based this man off of alt rock, punk runk, pop rock, etc. I got into Set It Off last year and ever since, the Joker was going to be the singer of those songs in the Timeless AU... So, yeah, Alt Rock Joker!

So, if I made Joker different than his usual, I wanted to do the same for Harley... I used to be a classic Harley enthusiast and always advocated to use that for interpretations because it's too damn iconic, but also because a lot of modern Harleys miss the mark BIG TIME.

But, I decided to give this design a gamble, with her being a member of Joker's band: The Maniax, I felt it was natural to give her this, alt-punk, diner derby girl kind of vibe... A large amount of this was based off of those things: the LEGO Batman Movie Harley, and Burnice from Zenless. I don't see this Harley being redeemable, really. Much like how Joker was inspired by Set It Off (Wolf in Sheep's Clothing [REBORN]), Harley is based off of the song 'Partners in Crime' ft. Ash Costello!

Scarecrow's my favorite Batman villain, he has a lot of designs that slap and I love most, if not all of the designs... Minus the first BTAS design. Scarecrow was also the first ever villain I drew for this whole villain series, which can explain the different style compared to the rest?

I went with the Injustice 2 approach where Crane would submerge himself in Fear Toxin and turn into this hulking figure of your nightmares, while still looking like a scarecrow; one of the designs that has always been consistent with me drawing Scarecrow is the plague doctor mask, as I'm just a sucker for those because I'm a basic bitch who believe he's a master character designer with no degree in art-

Keeping with the fact of him growing, his boots are all but destroyed on the bottoms where you see his gross feet and hands as they're covered in bandages and blood & dirt, I wanted to make this guy feel and look like he can barely keep himself together, as if he needs to stay on that wooden post to keep his stability. In terms of movement, imagine Faust from Guilty Gear - STRIVE - as a great example!

Mad Hatter is probably one of the more different ones compared to his classic counterpart. I based a lot of this Hatter's color scheme and overall aesthetic off of Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter from the live action Alice in Wonderland movies. I wanted Jervis to look like a real fairy tale creature come to life. I don't have the entire lore laid out for him, or any of the villains yet, but I will say one of the things I wanted to showcase was that this Hatter looks like a walking corpse, as if he was wronged and killed but brought back to life by some twisted game of the minds.

Lore aside, I think the best parts are the hat and bow tie, I wanted to originally have it be white polka dots but I kept adding more and more to the tie until it became that hypnotic, optic illusion looking anomaly, which is perfect for the Mad Hatter!

I didn't draw it here, but yes he would have his heart shaped axe that he had in the Animated Series. And while I am NOT looking into drawing more villains as of late, I do perhaps want to give this Hatter the Wonderland Gang as seen in Paul Dini's run on Detective Comics (The Carpenter, Tweedle Dee & Dum, March Harriet, etc).

So, for Batgirl; I took the same liberties of a lot of other designs in that I took a modern look, and the LEGO Batman Movie look, and kind of made it my own. Although, I will also say the idea of the hooded bat-cape was actually an idea I took inspiration from another artist and his own Batman AU: Raza or @/rxzarx on Twitter (idk if he has a BlueSky).

So with that, I went with an impromptu vigilante look, stitched up like Batman and Catwoman, and gave her combat boots and extra pouches, and a Party City looking belt to emphasize how homemade this costume is... while also looking like a costume still. I didn't make this look like a leather jacket kind of suit, so this is still spandex but with the added bits of other around-the-home stuff, it gets the point across!

Oh, and since she's the daughter of Jim Gordon, she has her own customized tonfas! But it's not just her police ties that make this Barbara in the weapons; but also her story: Barbara is a social activist, she attends protests, rejects the law sometimes and gets into the precinct more times than her father would wish. As the Batman continues to grow in popularity in the papers and radio, Barbara would be inspired and take up her own nightly escapades to sabotage the corporations and organizations she protests in the day, while still leaving room for the police to enact true justice onto them. Batman is hesitant and at first refuses the help, but Barbara does this out of her own word, not Batman's.

Ah Cassandra, my favorite female character in the Bat-Family. She's basically taking her iconic design from the comics, just with a few added bits of detail to fit within the Timeless world. Like the stitching of the seams, the logo, and her mouth area is sewed up like the books.

I made her cape two-toned cape idea from Batman: Arkham Shadow, at least on the outside... Though I guess you can consider this a three-toned cape because of the black, gray, and yellow but you get the point. Same stitches apply to make this really put-together batsuit, I even made her high collar different from Bruce & Tim's!

And, unintentionally but a really cool detail, if you look at Cass and Bruce's sheets side-by-side, they're almost making the same pose! They're the perfect dynamic duo even in AU form!

Standard lore stays the same: Cass is the daughter of Lady Shiva and David Cain but is taken away after David and Shiva have an argument that led to a fight, and their home burning down. Cain would teach Cass to be a cold killer and she would be successful in taking one life and being haunted to the core, eventually faking her death and taking a vow of silence. But after migrating to Gotham in hopes of a lead to find her mother, Cassandra would see the shadow of the Bat and be inspired by his escapades, soon becoming Bruce's true right-hand.

So, much like the main DC universe, I have Steph as more of a 'part-time' member rather than a full-on member of the Bat-Family, but I couldn't just have her in her own post, she's gotta rep with the team!

And thus, Timeless Spoiler is... Pretty much classic Spoiler. Yeah, her design is just, that good and iconic to where you can really only do your own take on the classic design, or at least how you'd draw it! Black and Purple color scheme, pouches and straps, and the expressive white eyes; like I said: classic!

As for lore, for those who read Tim's bio; Steph is the daughter of the headmaster of her private school, as such she gets a lot of privilege and the likes, but she still has a sense of right and wrong even if people just see her as the dumb blonde; Steph was taught the basic essentials from her mother while she learned the arts of pick pocketing and being a sleuth from her father, while never actually using them until she became a vigilante. After she hears about a vigilante prowling the floors of her private school, she makes her own disguise and eventually helps Robin with his sting operation and continues on as 'The Spoiler' for a good while, even if Tim soon becomes an overly protective boyfriend.

My second favorite superhero is actually Nightwing, so getting a chance to design a costume for him is always fun, even if it just rehashing the classics!

So, the lore behind this version of Nightwing, is that he was ALWAYS Nightwing. The Flying Graysons murder would occur in Bludhaven, leaving Dick to fend for himself in the most corrupt city in DC. He would have his own inspirations by the Batman in Gotham and from his drawings of his own solo act he wanted to do when he retired from The Flying Graysons...

So, with this solo act, he turned from the circus life to the vigilante; Nightwing and Bludhaven as a whole is in a Neon-Nightmare aesthetic and time period; casinos, theaters, arcades, the works to give the facade of a bubbling city on the outside while being ruled by the corrupt on the inside. A huge part of this was inspired by Prince and Elvis!

This is Dick's main suit and he doesn't get the iconic Blue Bird or Blue V suits, which as a huge Nightwing fan, I knew it would be a huge contrast to the norm, but that's the whole idea of the AU, that and I just love Discowing!

Since I was going for a more colorful cast, I also wanted to break away from the norm in terms of Red Hood; I gave him the look Grant Morrison portrayed Jason as in his Batman Reborn comic run, with some minor changes.

I removed the logo on the chest, made his cape bigger with a collar, and I replaced the dome helmet with the more iconic motorcycle helmet... helmet. Oh, and I gave him bright red holsters and guns because... Y'know... Red Hood.

Despite the costume, I based Jason on one of my real-life friends, more will be shown later on what I mean by this when you see everyone out of their costumes! But the basic run-down of this Jason Todd, is that like Dick, he would have always been Red Hood rather than start out as Robin.

Jason in the Timeless universe would be a mechanic by day and a gang leading freedom fighter by night, leader of the Red Hood Gang to be more specific! Insanity ensues and he would be betrayed by his gang due to his right hand: Anarky, leaving Jason alone during a failed sting operation against Joker and his group: The Maniax.

Jason would be saved by Batman after being beaten to near death and almost caught in a point-blank explosion, and while Jason still crosses the line, he would have his own place in the Bat-Family.

So... If Dick is always Nightwing, and Jason is always Red Hood... That means, in the Timeless AU, Tim Drake is the only Robin... as I refuse to include Damian Wayne in this AU.

I went with your standard Robin design with some design elements from the 89' Robin from the comics (though very, VERY loosely) and I gave him Steampunk goggles with a stitched up face mask to secure the look. And for those of you with a keen eye, he does not have the Robin logo... Mainly because I forgot it, but I think it looks fine without.

So, Timothy Drake is a rich, intelligent kid. Huge fan of Sherlock Holmes and other detective work, and even strives to become one someday along with working for the FBI and other official stuff like that. He is also a huge fan and observer of Batman and the many costumed vigilantes that are inspired in his wake. He would still deduce the identities of Batman, Nightwing, and Red Hood to name a few and keep it to himself until the time was right.

Arthur Brown was Tim's private school principal, and for those of you who know, his headmaster is the Cluemaster. So, with some disappearing students, especially high remarked students... Tim decides to take to his own crusade even though Batman was on the trail of the Cluemaster, and thus an uneasy alliance-turned inseparable dynamic duo was born!

You guys have already seen this exact photo of Timeless Batman, but with the fact that Bats always has multiple suits, this is merely the first version of his Timeless get-up.

His MK II will have a muted gold logo to go with his gadgets, showing the evolution, and then his MK III (the one I'm making a cosplay of) will have the classic Keaton oval logo with that same muted gold with a bronze outline, to again, go with his gadgets.

I'll be sure to draw the evolved suits and even more of this Bat's designs, and even Bruce Wayne himself, I'm sure you guys are excited to see how Bruce looks here!

I immediately wanted this Batman AU to be *my* interpretation, as such I wanted to be as different as I could while still keeping true to the status quo of the comics. So, I re-read the second volume of Batman: Earth One and got to work on inspiring this Croc after that interpretation, as I thought it was so interesting to have one of Batman's enemies in the mainline universe be a really helpful ally!

It also became more apparent when Absolute Batman has Waylon as one of Bruce's childhood friends!

So to keep in with the timeless theme, I made Waylon look like that Noir film detective, with the fedora, the cigar, and suspenders! Waylon would be a chill, sometimes comedic take while still being the brute muscle and bodyguard of both Bruce Wayne and The Batman. He is a man with a skin condition and less of a monsterous crocodile as I prefer that take more than say, the Arkham-Verse (though I still like Arkham!Croc).

All of it came to making this version of The Croc!

Selina was the last design I made for the Bat-Family, as stated: the top left pose was referenced from an amazing cosplay mutual of mine: Yach1mori on Instagram and Twitter, so please follow her as she has an amazing variety of cosplays from many fandoms, especially gothic inspired fandoms, including Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman!

So, I took the Pfeiffer Catwoman and made it purple, and the whip acts as a tail; a bit of this was also inspired by the LEGO Batman Movie Catwoman, hence the skin tone and specific shade of purple.

A friend of mine actually gave me a great idea; this Catwoman, like the Burton movie, has nine lives like a cat. It is not shown on the character sheet but every time she loses a life, her skin gets more pale until she is pasty white like a ghost. Maybe one of these days you will see the evolution of her lives... or, 'Past Deaths' as some would like to call them.

This is definitely one of my favorites as purple Catwoman has been my definitive take as much as Blue Batman!
