Gotta add: whenever we have an issue like #TIMESUPHC crap we as a society quickly let it go. Outrage for a week, then look for another source of outrage. Outrage is NOT accountability. People hide during outrage, and then slowly come out as nothing happened. But IT HAPPENED.

I am already seeing how people who crave clout jumped on DEI theme. Because its popular, because jumping on it early can make your name known & rich. We have to learn from #TimesUpHC failure and we have to hold #DEI founders accountable! Otherwise, it will fail again

In patriarchal societies a woman can be saved from an abusive man only by another man who chooses to stand up for her (father/brother/another boss/another partner). This is why #TIMESUPHC was so important - women were meant to protect & stand up for other women. It failed.
I am getting texts from friends & followers. One is crying thinking of her past, one says it's brave to put our normality out there, one just texted - i was not bothered by physical abuse because gaslighting was so much worse.
