Dubs led by about 6 coming to the half but 2 quick goals effectively ended the contest.
Good performance from Dublin with Conor McHugh, Paddy Dunleavy, Paddy Doyle returning. One downside was Brendan Kenny going off injured.

NHL Div 1B Dublin 4-19 Wexford 3-22. A draw. But down a man for the full second half and down two men for the last 10 mins, it felt like a win. An exciting game and there a bit of cut in it. The c'ship game should be good. And it keeps out promotion hopes alive.

In the football Kerry look to be going better than Dublin. We have looked weak in defence and not great in attack. But hopefully we can step it up and get two more points. I would like to see Peadar OCB start. I think we'll need his fielding ability v Kerry.

We did get the 2 league points and a win against Roscommon might be enough to keep us in Div 1. But for c'ship it's not looking great. Problems in defence and attack. Clearly the team is a work in progress but there are many doubts.

I didn't make it to Croker this evening but watched it beo ar TG4. Not a great p erformance, lots of misses, mistakes and meek defending. We looked in trouble at 13-16 with 10 mins left but Con's 2 pointer and Joe Quigley's goal won it.
