I booked an airport pick up in Marrakech through @viator and they never showed up. Nobody was hiding a sign with my name, now they refuse to offer a refund. I had to pay for a taxi on top of the overpriced service #viator had charged me. Do not use them, it is a rip off, and bad customer service.
