I look at you all sad faced and slack jawed. Wanting to know what the problem is. The questions bounce turn to judgements without satisfaction. And when I say I am not accepting critiques masquerading as observation. Your face screws into silence between us. I don't say that willful is a word often used on children and women, on bodies that won’t comply. I don't say that part out loud.

Willful women move mountains rock by rock through great suffering and relentless power at organizing repeated mountain-moving bees. The true unicorns are willful men; called though stubborn, cranky, fanatic but never “willful” like a spirited horse restless at the rein.
