For #WallWednesday here's the "#BerryfieldBreach" in #Colchester's #RomanWall.
It was #OnThisDay - 25, August 1648, during the #SiegeOfColchester that the Parliamentarians blew a hole in the wall at Priory Street but didn't press through. The wall was later rebuilt in brick.
