Walked backwards at 0.5 speed for 10 min & 0 incline, and then forward at 3.0 speed & 15 incline for 9.5 min. Saw this trainer on IG explain how he strengthened his knee muscles doing this.

A few logs leaned up against a tree making a shelter that looks like they might fall on someone who sits on the rock inside. Trap baited with a fireplace infront and firewood on the side and a beercan lying deep inside the shelter.
On a recent hike I found a "human trap" it even had a can of beer inside for bait, but did I fall for it? Yes...yes, I did 😂
