I missed the beginning of the #AlphabetChallenge, so here’s a set of pics for #WeekAforAngles and #WeekBforB

I feel like this Fort at Saint-Malo would have been perfect for #Alphabetchallenge #weekAforAngles ….so a retroactive post will have to suffice.

Lunar Lander Module from first moon landing on display in Warren, Ohio.

Yes, it was an image I captured at a small park. I was passing through Warren, Ohio. I was actually considering my image of the Lunar Lander on display in the town as a possible angle image. Neil Armstrong was from the Warren area.

“Passageway”

I liked the way the trees angles in on each other to create a passageway through the woods to the rear of the Sky TV Callcentre in Livingston. Surprisingly busy little area of the world.

Good morning BSky! This was going to be used for #WeekAforAngles but works perfectly for double Bs. Boston Bridge, the Bill Russell Bridge 2016.

Stairs to nowhere, on our old property, a symmetrical view from down near the bottom of a basement stairwell floated by concrete walls, but blocked by a sort of clear plastic screen to keep rain and critters out. But some vines got in and had grown randomly at angles that echo the one-point perspective of the entire scene. Copyright Eilee George.

I'll try to stick with this series; that's all I can do. This was our neglected old stairwell. Sometimes we grew plants in there. On purpose!

The before and after pics he shared showed how the lighting he designed made a beautiful difference.
Pic 1 The Dairy at night. It is my favorite building in the park, it reminds me of a pretty Victorian dollhouse. It was originally “an eatery where children could get fresh milk, which wasn’t readily available to many urban families.” It is now a visitor center and gift shop.
Pic 2 A guitarist playing in the beautiful area under the drive at Bethesda Terrace.
“Its most notable feature is the ceiling composed of nearly 16,000 tiles, which come together to form 49 panels creating an elaborate geometric pattern. It is the only ceiling in the world featuring encaustic or inlaid tiles, which were more typically used as flooring.” https://www.centralparknyc.org/locations/bethesda-terrace

Our tour was led by the architectural lighting expert who designed the lighting for these buildings, Michael Hennes. They hide the lighting & try not to make any changes to the building, so no holes in the buildings etc.
