How annoying: apparently my timing chip for the #CancerResearchUK #winterrun didn't work and I don't have an official time. Maybe it was the fact my bib was soaking and frozen by the time I got to the start line...
Official results are in. Second half was faster than the first, which is awesome. Somehow managed to go from 9941 to 9313. Did I overtake 600 people? I doubt it 😂 but joys of wave starts! #winterrun

Took part in the London Winter Run this morning that Cancer Research UK organise at Trafalgar Square - some of the worst possible weather to do it in with rain, wind & cold, but got a nice Medal & a snap with a Polar Bear! Always so moving seeing people doing it for a good cause #WinterRun #RunSky

Loved the #CRUK #WinterRun - fastest 10k since 2021 & the 2nd half was the quickest 5k for 18 months. It was so lovely running on the traffic free streets of London starting in Trafalgar Square, passing St Paul’s, the Bank of England, Law Courts & finishing on Whitehall. #GreenRunners #RunningPunks
