I would like some advice from my #booksky peeps about starting to write again. I had dreams and aspirations to be a writer (mostly of children's books) but put it on hold because of fear and life getting in the way. Have any of you started back up after taking years off?

I am trying to write on a new substack. I used to blog a bit and found it very rewarding. Part of the process is to get comfortable and productive as a writer, and also to try to shake out old doctoral writing caginess. I also feel strongly that writing serves a a greater purpose. #writingagain
