This solidifies my use of #YarnSpinner for sure-- listening in on the signals ootb is nice. I'll definitely keep my custom dialogue control at the parent of each scene and have YS effectively be my event handler.

Got #YarnSpinner wired up. Some hiccups, but I'm glad I learned to code in the age of docs over AI lol. Mostly user error, will keep going and make a PR for the docs in case any of it is helpful since the gdscript docs (understandably) lag a bit behind

This morning, I plyed the singles for the first half of Sample 84, Faroe Island sheep, from a center pull ball. Singles were spun at 20 wpi, and plyed yarn is a 2 ply worsted weight, 9 wpi, about 46 yards to 1.74 ounces.

Today the art team put down their styli to do some writing. They holed up in the conference room working on ideas for side-quest levels in Tactichord. Three of these ideas were fleshed out into full scripts codified in the #yarnspinner language we use for cutscenes.

I finished 10 breed study samples, so I get to spin something pretty. I must have bought this at the 2019 Fiber Festival of New England. I z-stripped the batt for a continuous roving. Singles are 30 wpi.

I finished plying the first half of the Peduncle silk. Singles were 25 wpi, and I plyed from a center pull ball to get a 2 ply sport weight, 12 wpi yarn about 28 yards to half an ounce.
