Fake or fact: Acetone can display the Leidenfrost effect.
FACT. Acetone has a low boiling point (~56 °C) and vaporizes quickly. On a surface significantly hotter than its boiling point, it can form a stable vapor layer, allowing the droplet to levitate and move around. So: FACT, acetone is indeed a good candidate for the Leidenfrost effect.
