How do we better model cholinergic pathways? By building human brain assembloids. Using CorePlate™ 3D electrodes, the 𝗟𝗶𝘂 𝗟𝗮𝗯 recorded high-res data from hnbM-cortical projections, even transplanting them into mice to establish human-derived pathways. #3Brain #iPSC #HDMEA #Organoids #Assembloids
