Has anyone else noticed that Strava’s Athlete Intelligence calls everything ‘solid’?

Examples:
• solid interval training
• solid mix of effort zones
• solid time in Z2 and Z3
• solid relative effort
• solid parkrun

‘Solid’ is now semantically saturated

Strava’s new AI workout summaries know their audience:

PM: We want this feature to stand out.

UX designer: Make them short and punchy—use words like ‘epic’ and ‘massive.’

Engineer: Got it. Let’s train a GPT on the Mountain Project comment section.
