A teal linen tunic laid flat on a bench with colourful print bias binding on the neck and armholes and the hem.

Studio Tunic finally made it out of the WIP pile! Finished arms, neck, hem with bias binding; made my own. Seams are Frenched and all the bias binding is understitched. It is sturdy! Made from thrift store linen. I am pleased with this make.

Method for a bias bound neckline with a deep point at center front

I am making this dress for the 4th time, and refining my technique for a bound finish. This time I used a lot of handwork, which takes time but allows me to stay in control. I’m proud of the result.
