I knew it would be a challenge to improve my daily exercise, & it truly has challenged me this month! To think differently, to take a lunch walk, to take the stairs, or having to jump on the treadmill after a long day's work of being inactive

Taking the stairs up and down 5 flights today at lunch time to increase my steps. However I still needed a 10min brisk walk on the treadmill this evening to take me over the 10k steps!

A late posting for Day 17 ✅ A lovely 2 mile walk early before the working day helped get my steps up and start the day with energy that was needed! It was a late finish at work so glad to have completed my steps early 🙏🏽

Been a non stop day, with the kids - over 22k steps by bedtime! No wonder I feel tired!

Day 10✅ today I ensured I got up from my desk in between meetings, walked upstairs to make my cuppa, instead of the office opposite, & even braved the cold winds at lunch time to walk to the shop. Finished off with a 30min #couchto5km walk/run after work.

And I thought yesterday was a tough challenge to hit 10k steps...today I had only hit 3k by the end of the working day, no time to do a walk due to evening commitments, 10pm still only 5k!
Thankfully I have a treadmill, so a 30 min treadmill walk before bed!
