It's still tax abated. Originally 10 yrs @ 100% + 5 year @ 50% and, as you can see, Last Hotel is a #DeadbeatDeveloper. Discount? Hell no. They straight up owe St. Louis City 💰 and rooms for homeless 🌪 Tornado survivors.
It’s gone mighty quiet on the data center front in St. Louis city.
