I have always liked the #ReclaimedWood look and I faked it by #staining, #painting, #sanding, and #distressing the wood. I sealed it with #shellac, dusted it with DIY #Fuller'sEarth (I used ground-up #pastels), and sprayed it with isopropyl alcohol to make the "dust" stick to the shellac coating.
