Телеканал удалил новость после публикации. Однако источник «Агентства» в Истринском городском суде подтвердил, что публикация соответствовала действительности. Детали. Заметка под заголовком «Судья Григорьев заявил, что решение об аресте Галицкой вынесли за него» вышла на сайте РЕН ТВ в субботу в 18:25. Сейчас публикация удалена с сайта, однако «Агентство» подтвердило факт ее публикации с помощью кэша «Яндекса». Целиком она сохранилась в одном из новостных агрегаторов (см. иллюстрации к заметке). ▪️В заметке Григорьев говорил, что постановление о заключении Галицкой под стражу фактически вынесли председатель Мособлсуда Алексей Харламов и глава Истринского суда Ирина Путынец. «Ко мне приходит [судья Истринского горсуда] Кукушкина Ирина Сергеевна, приносит мне этот материал и сообщает, что по этому материалу необходимо избрать меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу, и позиция согласована с председателем Московского областного суда», – цитировал РЕН ТВ Григорьева. ▪️По словам судьи, его заставили подписать документ. ▪️Спустя час пост про Григорьева опубликовал 112. В посте уточнялось, что изначально ходатайство об аресте Галицкой поступило Кукушкиной. Но та благодаря доверительным отношениям с председателем суда смогла передать дело Григорьеву. ▪️Цитата: «Так устроена система в судах Московской области: многие судьи подвержены тому, что им дается указание о принятии тех или иных решений, а в случае чего, вся ответственность ложится на судью, а не на руководство Московского областного суда в лице Алексея Харламова», – цитировал Григорьева 112. ▪️Телеграм-канал уточнил, что судья уже получал замечания за некоторые решения. ▪️Григорьев также рассказал 112, что планировал присутствовать на заседании квалификационной коллегии судей, где рассматривалось его заявление об отставке, однако время заседания изменили, а Григорьева об этом не предупредили. В итоге, заявление об отставке судьи было удовлетворено в его отсутствие, сообщил 112. ▪️Достоверность слов Григорьева «Агентству» подтвердил источник в Истринском суде. Когда Григорьев отказался санкционировать арест по другому делу и вынес решение о залоге, его за это привлекли к дисциплинарной ответственности, сообщил источник «Агентства», отказавшись уточнить, о каком деле идет речь. Отказ Григорьева санкционировать арест Галицкой, по словам собеседника «Агентства», привел бы к повторному дисциплинарному взысканию в отношении судьи. «Тот редкий случай, когда любой ход ведет к плохим последствиям», — констатировал источник. ▪️Собеседник «Агентства» считает, что в данном случае Харламов свалил все на судью и фактически «кинул» его, хотя «система не должна так кидать своих». «Он прогнулся под хайп и повесил все на судью, типа он тут ни при чем», — сказал источник «Агентства». Контекст. Галицкая была арестована 6 февраля по обвинению в вымогательстве 150 млн долларов у бывшего мужа — IT-предпринимателя Александра Галицкого. Аресту предшествовало 10-месячное судебное разбирательство из-за опеки над детьми и раздела имущества (подробнее — здесь). Через два дня после ареста Галицкая покончила с собой. ▪️В среду Мособлсуд отменил решение о ее аресте. В четверг ТАСС со ссылкой на источник сообщил, что история с арестом «возмутила» главу Верховного суда Игоря Краснова. В пятницу квалификационная коллегия судей Московской области прекратила полномочия Григорьева. ▪️Галицкий считается бизнесменом, близким к Михаилу Мишустину. В 2010 году, когда Мишустин возглавил ФНС, компании Галицкого стали получать контракты на цифровизацию ведомства.
