It's difficult, and impossible, that guidance since SC ruling that the EHRC issues is going to be impartial. Why?
Well, the language used in the ruling was exactly that used by the 'hate group' Sex Matters. The court met with the anti trans hate group, but no pro trans groups

Almost everyone is getting this judgment wrong.
The law treats workplaces and public venues differently.
Which means a trans person could have to use one toilet while working — and another when they clock off.

If I recall correctly, it was businesses that caused the govn't pause as they vehemently protested costs for premises alterations & being hit with costs too for legal advice they thought #EHRC should largely eliminate with plain guidance. Caste imposition is never simple & relies on cis superiority

We shouldn't though build #EHRC /government guidance around decent gestures as #SexMatter & in particular; #LGBAlliance types exist in the real world. Experience in Westminster shone a light on power of mortifying any individual going about lawful decent business thro' a noisy public group harangue.
