Mallaig. Taken at sunset a calm sea shimmers under a sky turned to orange pink and gold by the setting sun. In the distance the Small Isles (Muck, Egg and Rum) are silhouetted against the sky. In the far distance the mountains of the Black Cuillin loom through the haze. The only sounds are the sea washing the shore and the cries of seabirds.
