Met a woman during a #focusmate session today. She was a recently laid off US govt worker.
She looked incredibly defeated and disheartened. There was just no more hope left in her.

Rainy Monday starts with a bang:
- 30 min HIIT boxing with #FitXR done. Met a competitive Swiss dude made me work for my victory
- 25 min journaling and day planning done with #focusmate and met a kind lady who was trading journaling tips
Now coffee break and then back in the deep end!
Just met the nicest dude on #Focusmate.
He lives in Tokyo, is my age and runs his own business. He also happens to be German. Immediate brother vibes

Dat een (goede) body double echt werkt om ervoor te zorgen dat je niet gaat slacken is bekend. Maar als je nou weer virtueel maakt? Ik ben sceptisch.

Once I am rolling from that, there is usually enough momentum to keep me going. #solopreneur
