Felt meh all day, like I’m getting the flu, so craving comfort food. Made this #impossibleburger with sautéed mushrooms in a savory, umami sauce and drowned it in a gooey, creamy provolone. OMFG was it good! Accompanied by a sensible salad, of course. 😉

Tried the #impossibleburger last night. Absolutely amazing! If I didn't know it was meat-less I would have thought it was beef.
Just need to take that then add some spicyness (pepper-jack, hot sauce and/or Carolina Reapers🌶️) and it would be perfect. 😂
