It’s early in this #halfmarathon #training cycle so my #longrun today was only 5 miles. I did a good 10 min #warmup 1 30 minute #endurancerun and 1 30 minute #intervalsrun capped off with a 5 min #walk #cooldown on the #pelotonapp
