Black and White. Two statues celebrating the work of Benjamin Peach and John Horne (Peach is sitting). Beyond the statues a small lochan sits at the base of Cul Mor. These two gentlemen and scientists solved one of the great geology controversies and were able to explain why Lewisian Gneiss (one of the oldest rocks in the World) was sitting on sedimentary rocks nearly a billion years younger and discovered the Moine Thrust.
