A spoof of the Doctor Who story "Extremis" in which the Monks were running a simulation of the world in preparation for their invasion. The simulation version of the Doctor *did not* defeat them, but managed to email crucial information to the real Doctor. in this cartoon i have imagined the Monks simulation as a computer game, and so, in that spirit, have recast 'the Pope' from the episode as Mario from Super Mario. Seen here wearing a Mitre, he stands with the 12th Doctor, in the Vatican, on a large computer monitor. The Doctor says to the Monks (outside the computer in the "real" world) "Me and Mario would like a word with you lot!" One of the Monks, wearing red robes, tosses down his game controller and says: "Dammit! I hate it when the game characters start talking back!" The other monk, wearing yellow, says: "Chill Man! Just hit the re-set! At least you got the President to top himself! That's 1000 points!"

Meanwhile, front and center of the cartoon stand Nardole with his back to us... the answer to Bill's question is answered (somewhat) on the back of Nardole's spacesuit collar... Ganymede Systems is a division of TrumpToryGOP (an amalgam of Trump, the Tories (British Conservative Party) and the GOP (nickname for the Republican Party in USA) - represented in logo form by a golden capital T for Trump, the Conservative Party's tree logo, and the Republican elephant. the word "TrumpToryGOP" has an asterisk attached which leads to an equivalent asterisk below the cartoon, with the note: "Admit it, the other lot would never end up that path!" yeah, politics in a Doctor Who cartoon, not the first time I had to resort to it for my spoofs, won't be the last... sorry! 😂
