This story is horrific. A #Rohingya #refugee, who fled the violence of #genocide, has had completely unnecessary terrible & violent interactions w/law enforcement in the US, & has ultimately died. After no doubt thinking he was finally safe, this is a tragic & utterly preventable outcome.
