Sunday Roast Dinner delivered & eaten (gravy & Yorkshire separate as it came in a different takeaway container) It was delicious & reasonably priced. Just right for this time of year #delivery #SundayLunch #Rushden

People in Rushden told 'wash food and shoes' after Monoworld fire A council gives guidance to gardeners and allotment holders a fortnight after a huge warehouse blaze.

Yet another example of a big story in an "unfashionable" town in middle England not getting the attention it deserves. If the fire had been in Cambridge, Oxford or a wealthy London suburb (rather than #Rushden, Northants) this would be headline news in national media. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Major Rushden warehouse fire tackled by crews Dozens of firefighters, including some from neighbouring counties, are called to tackle the flames.

We usually go to Rushden Lakes shopping centre at some point during a bank holiday weekend but I think we might stay away this time 😉

Apparently the smoke plume can be seen from space 🌍
