A bright red and grey dump truck with its bed fully raised in the air after dropping off its latest load of fill for the parking lot. It is empty and the rear hatch is secured shut.

LOVED being back on track for an interval session tonight. Hard work but got it done thanks to my club mate who dragged me round.
WU + strides, then 6 x 1200m, followed by an 800m and a 400m rep, then the cool-down.
