1950 Jahre alter Papyrus, der aussieht wie verkohlter Ast dank Vesuv Ausbruch, wird mit roten Laserstrahlen gescannt.

(1/7) Der Vesuv brach im Jahr 79 unserer Zeit aus. Und begrub ua. das Herculaneum, in dem 1.000 Schriftrollen aufbewahrt wurden.

Die verkohlten Schriftrollen hatte man versucht per Hand zu entrollen & dabei 400 zerstört.
