Yesterday was a rest day & today is what my coach (who happens to be a computer) calls an active recovery day.

10.7km with 323m of climb whilst keeping the heart rate below 130 BPM, even on the hills.

Training readiness score pre run 41, post run 45. My coach is a genius 😁
