I don't need to know why this will get canned after 8 eps. The usual network TV sob story no? Perhaps this show doesn't have legs as it needs a new sci-fi procedural and concept every ep yet it's easily superior to contemporary TV sci-fi of #AlienNation and #TimeTrax.

It's not terrible. Most of #AlienNation was genuinely terrible and this is better. But it's not clear what it's about other than to have the sexpot eventually be a the cop's fuck botty. At least "Alien Nation" had racism and prejudice issues to fumble with.
