A script draft of the first three short comics I'm drawing. Very new to this but also having fun. It reads: Heart & Wounded H'jonkis goes to sit on his bed, bucket in hand about to be on the floor. His daughter's bow positioned at the edge of his bedframe. He grabs the bow. Hj: Oh Alina, Hj:(smiling sadly) You would be yelling at me if you saw me washing your bow. Hj: "You're using too much water, Papa!" you would say… H'jonkis cries, still sitting on his bed, with his free hand covering his face. Lantern & Dark Forest Hajar holds a lantern before him, a wide shot of him stepping tentatively into a cave entrance in the Schrom'krask. He steps forward, the light of his lantern revealing the damp stone walls. The trail descends downward into the dark and inside he finds a mural on a large rock face at the center of a forked path. A mural made of moss and flowers, lit up by the lantern, glowing in the darkness. Hajar takes out a small folded up paper. It shows a sketch that looks similar in shape to the moss mural. He looks back up at the mural. Ha:(whispers) The Queen of the Forest. Crystal & Shards & Cold A young adult Bayarmaa shivers under a woolen cloak against wind and snowfall. She grips a walking stick as a large bluish hand appears on her shoulder. BS: It shouldn't be far now, mye nevo.

What I like about #Ellipsus is that it doesn't move a document to the top of the list when you merely open it, but only if you make a change in the text. That's super convenient, because you have your active wips there, not just an old text you opened to see what tense it was or something

If Kaidan noticed, though, he didn’t mention it, instead continuing, “This is the longest I’ve spent with anyone... in a while. Yeah, I’ve run a few bounties with other mercenaries here and there, but this. What we are? I haven’t had a companion like you in a long time.” Sabine blinked, her mouth falling slightly agape, cheeks still blazing. Her heart thudded hard against her ribs, so loud to her ears she was sure he could hear it. Is he? This isn’t… no, definitely not. Absolutely not. Kaidan tilted his head as he looked at her, a goofy grin spreading on his face. “I’m saying… I want to know if you still want me at your side not as a mercenary under obligation, but as your friend, your ally.”

And then, a sharp smack of pain vibrated through her face. Her eyes flew open and she hissed, lifting her own hand to cradle her abused cheek. He had her head propped up into his lap, atop a pelt from his pack. His face loomed above her and he looked just as shocked as she did. “Oh, shit— sorry, you were…” Sabine used her free hand to push herself upright and Kaidan stood up, now towering over her disheveled form on the floor. “So your first reaction when someone faints is to hit them?”
