Our new preprint shows that the self-blinking dye JF635b restores robust, buffer-free blinking in #nanobodies, enabling reliable #dSTORM, #MINFLUX, and more, without chemical-switching buffers. Opening new possibilities for #ExM!

We had gotten some from Enviromental sampkes, but eother the cells were fully hidden in their shells and we coulsnt ExM at the time, or the shell fully detached.
One way to bypass this, is Cryofixation and a culture packed with cells ?
