#Couchto5k wanted me to go from running 10/3/10 to 22 straight, and I need more of a build up before I lose that precious 3 minute walk, so I’m using their #freerun feature to work up to 22 minutes. 12/3/8 to 13/3/7, slowly pushing that rest until I don’t need it.
