Per the AP, Maxine Dexter has won the Democratic primary in #OR03 and will almost certainly head to Congress in this 73–25% Biden seat. She beats Susheela Jayapal 53–25%.
34% of votes already in in #OR03 (thanks, vote-by-mail!), and Maxine Dexter leads Susheela Jayapal 53–26%. Both are progressive, but a lot of dark money was spent to help Dexter.
