The top left is the Omelette, which was filled with with kale, tomatoes, and red onions, topped with melty plant-based cheese, plant-based sour cream, and scallions. It was served with a carrot kale salad and a choice of herby maple sausage links or home fries. We had the maple sausage. The top right shows the outside of Black Water The bottom left shows the inside of Black Water. The bottom right is the Strawberry Cream Cheese Waffle, which was fluffy inside with crisp edges and topped with granola.
