This red-tailed hawk is giving you the ultimate "why are you looking at me?" stare down. It seems to be judging every single one of your life choices while simultaneously deciding if you're a snack or just a nuisance. That intense gaze suggests it's either about to drop some serious wisdom or a serious dive bomb. Most red-tailed hawks are rich brown above and pale below, with a streaked belly and a dark bar on the underside of the wings between the shoulder and wrist. Plumage can vary greatly, ranging from light auburn to dark brown.
