I hadn't used a bike for about 2 years until I had to use one thanks to the STM strike.
One of my first obligatory bike rides was from Grand Boulevard to downtown along the de Maisonneuve #BikeLane.
I was not impressed by how many speeding #cyclists recklessly ignored #STOPsigns & even red lights.

My experience differs from yours.
In other areas of #Montreal most drivers respect zebra stripe pedestrian crosswalks, but that was my minimum suggestion-demand. I also proposed installing #SpeedBumps, sidewalk extensions, traffic lights or flashing lights on the #STOPsigns, & #SPVM ticketing etc.

Getting back to #STOPsigns & #PedestrianCrossings. I can live with drivers doing "Montreal stops", but a significant percentage of cars barely slow down when they get to the T intersection at Grand.
Drivers tend to respect #ZebraStripeCrosswalks hence my demands for this *minimum* improvement.
