New hydration vest and book have arrived. The soft flasks for the vest are drying after a thorough rinse. Went with the Aonijie vest over the Salomon vest as it was £50 cheaper and pretty similar based on reviews. #runchat #ukrunning

Pacing felt really good on this run. Ended up going round in circles for the final 900m. It just didn’t end!

After a couple of hours at the dentist today I needed to reduce stress and go for a #run this afternoon. It proved to be hard work and #Garmin rewarded me by reducing my VO² score by a point. ☹️
