I do think #ULTP have a bit of a secret sauce in their grad program and AG's philosophy in company culture. Venerable to a short term miss as sweating a little on the UK (soft sales) and had a £2m cost hit (shipping rates) but guiding Europe to 40%-45% this year which is £68.8m-£77.4m assuming.....

Buy: #ULTP. I have previously held and was encouraged by the recent results and management call to add back. I believe as economies recover current dips, the expansion into Europe offers decent medium term potential upside to the story of what is a well run business.
