Cooked a meal and thought that was it for the day; but after lying down for 30 minutes I decided to go to the gym after all.

Mind-blowing! 2km walked - very slowly - and I'm almost at town.

Less than one #VisibleHealth pacepoint used and I've not felt this good in years.

I'm going to keep stopping to sit and rest on every bench, as I know what's at stake, but this feels amazing!

It broke my routine and it's interesting to see how, despite careful #pacing, I struggled to maintain my HRV ๐Ÿ‘‡

Here is an interesting new graphical display by #VisibleHealth which shows how my REST over the past half-hour has reduced the gradient of my 'Pacepoints Use' line, giving me a better chance of falling back in-line with today's Pacesetter ๐Ÿ‘‡
