The Old Man of Hoy, a 137-metre sea stack on the island of Hoy in the Orkneys. It is of red sandstone on a plinth of basalt rock, it is about 60 metres from Hoy. Beyond the plinth in other directions is the sea which is grey like the sky and very calm. As for the film itโs a horror thriller described as โunsettling, twisted and cynical.โ
