Many of them are just pretending, so they can fit in and be accepted. It's a tragedy, not because there's anything wrong with being normal, but because so many people are hurting themselves so they fit the expectations of others.” Frame 3: “What makes it worse is that by pretending to be normal, they're pressuring others to be normal as well,” Zephyr continues. “So you get this endless cycle of people pretending to be normal so they can fit in with people pretending to be normal.” Frame 4: “Of course,” Zephyr says, “some of them need to pretend to be normal to feel safe. And some people live in situations where being true to themselves would put them in genuine danger. All of this leads to few people learning one of the most important lessons in life:” Frame 5: Zephyr looks over their shoulder, pointing at Star Boy. “If people don't accept you for who you really are, they aren't your people.” Frame 6: “So, if it's safe for you to do so, be yourself!” Zephyr pauses and turns to Star Boy, flinging their arms into the air dramatically. “Be bold. Take risks. Be audacious! Find your people, and be a beacon so they can find you.” Frame 7: “So,” Star Boy says, lifting his hat off his head, “You're saying I shouldn't wear a hat...?” while Zephyr considers him thoughtfully. Frame 8: Crowds of frightened people flee in all directions, yelling things along the lines of, “Flee!” “Talking star!” “AAAAAAA!” “Save me!” “The hat!!!” “I am in danger!” “We're all gonna d*e!!!”

text - Sly as a fox he slid the bundled papers across an audacious smirk on his face. I don't have the stamina for this I thought. Across the table my father's portrait looked down kind eyes, indomitable will. "What would you've done dad?" not given up, that's for sure. Would have found a way. If they give you words, listen to them, acknowledge them. If they give you papers, read them. Somewhere between the words and the papers there's a pattern. Once he started he was indefatigable.
