It was the most cheerful music I had heard so I bought the LP.

I'm way in the minority here in regards to this but...
Bix may have been out of active missions for the Rebellion but I think she was most definitely still involved with Rebellion Adjacent activities, aka helping migrants evade capture and shiving an Imp when called for.
