Some ferns with some blurred ones covered in a light frost. One is in focus, others intentionally blurred.
Finally some sunshine! Forced myself to get up early, hoping for wintry conditions, but only the slightest touch of frost. Nice on the dead ferns though.

An interestingly-shaped black painted wooden cabin with white window frames and doors. There is snow blowing around and snow-covered ground. The sky is a mixture of clouds and bright patches. The image is converted to black and white, removing the tiny bit of original colour.

Sometimes I can't quite decide between colour & B&W for a photo. It seems a shame to hide the lovely rich winter browns of the dead leaves & green mossy roots, but the B&W is a bit more atmospheric. So here are two versions; I think I prefer colour.
