We found big gaps in use of 2 effective, cheap, simple #antenatal treatments to protect #preterm babies. In theory they should be accessible to all mothers, in all resource settings. About 3/4 eligible mothers get them in richer countries, but only about 1/2 in poorer countries bit.ly/40sNIon
