This is a photo of the trig point at Foel Drygarn in Pembrokeshire, Wales, and the breathtaking view over the rolling Preseli Hills towards the coast. It was taken just before sunset on 9 April 2025. The sun is setting directly above the trig point, casting a glow on the metal plate at the top. The sky is varying shades of peach and orange, turning to pale blue close to the horizon. There are lots of rocks surrounding the trig point in the foreground.
