You saw here a little canal in my neighborhood that refelct some dark clouds that almost have a purple ring on it. On both sides there are standing trees. On the left side the weeping willow gets its first leaves. This photo is from this day a year ago. No new photos on the moment because my knee doesn't work fine to go out. This is the male Eclectus Parrot. The Eclectus Parrot is a strikingly beautiful bird known for its extreme sexual dimorphism. Males are bright green, while females are predominantly red and purple. This unique colouration led to them being classified as different species until the early 20th century. They thrive in rainforests and prefer the canopy level for nesting and foraging. Eclectus Parrots are known for their unique mating system, which includes both polyandry and polygynandry. Females may mate with multiple males, and all males help raise the chicks. They typically lay two eggs per clutch, but often only one chick survives.
